BLACK & WHITE PHOTOGRAPHY

Black and white photography is always a favourite of mine. I love the contrasts in values and how the absence of colour helps to focus on the scene and subject matter. I suppose it’s really the artistic quality one achieves in black and white photography that really appeals to me. Even the most ordinary of things can be stunningly beautiful with the right composition and tonal values when colour is removed.
