PARIS, FRANCE

There is not a city in the world where I feel more at home. With an ex whose family is from Paris and my current husband who, himself, is from Paris, it is a city I’ve regularly visited since the early 1980s. I have always been a lover of the French language and culture and have been fortunate to spend all of my adult life heavily exposed to it thanks to my French ex-in-laws who had moved to Canada. We go back every year or two and I never tire of all that is Paris and France as we visit with family and friends. Always with my camera at hand, my favourite thing is to capture everyday life and off the beaten path, things not always seen by the tourists.
